Special invitation to Montana Republican officials
Dear Montana-Republican Officials,
This is your opportunity to know more truth about climate change than all the professors in Montana universities and more than all the employees in the Montana government.
Chances are nearly 100% that everything you have read and heard about climate change is wrong. You don’t even know where to find climate truth. You are brainwashed. I will solve that problem for you.
You’ve got to know enough about climate truth, so you won’t bend over to get inoculated to accept every Democrat green bill. You’ve got to know enough to defend climate truth and our freedom.
What I can teach you is invaluable, if you are serious about doing your job for Montana and America.
Ed Berry
Special Invitation to Montana Republican officials (and others)
The Democrats and WEF want to rob America of its access to abundant, low-cost energy.
America needs much more reliable, low-cost energy to power its present and future. Only coal, gas, and nuclear can deliver this system economically.
Energy costs must be evaluated for systems that provide 24-hour, 365-day energy delivery. This requirement shows green energy is too expensive to be part of core energy. Green energy does not pull its own weight. There should be no government supplements, incentives, or tax breaks.
Coal is not “dirty” because CO2 is clean, and it is easy to clean the “dirt” out of coal emissions. CO2 should be removed from the Clean Air Act because CO2 is clean, healthy, and grows food. Carbon capture should be banned. Save the CO2 for the farmers. Work with nature.
The climate myth is the invalid belief that human CO2 causes the CO2 level to increase, that CO2 increases global temperature, and that temperature increase causes harmful stuff to happen.
The climate myth is destroying America’s energy, economy, education, and freedom.
The Republican problem is about 20% of Republican-leaning voters believe the climate myth and Republican leaders will not stand up for climate truth.
(Montana traitor Republicans who work for WEF unethically, illegally, and immorally blocked Berry from helping Montana defeat the Held v Montana climate lawsuit. We will ignore that in this invitation.)
Republicans must use a strong climate truth message 2024. It will win. There is no downside. Message is more powerful than money.
(PS: I haven’t seen a good message from any Republican candidate in 2024. Knocking the Democrat does not prove you are any better. Look how professionals sell products. They talk about the quality of their product. They don’t knock a competitor’s product but they do list comparisons of their product with others.)
Here are ten proofs the climate myth is false, contained in Berry’s Amicus Brief for Held v Montana.
- Events cannot prove the climate myth is true.
- The scientific method proves the climate myth is false.
- The Climate Equivalence Principle proves the climate myth is false.
- Carbon flows through the air as water flows through a lake.
- IPCC’s key equation [ Outflow = Level / Te ] explains IPCC’s carbon cycle.
- IPCC’s natural carbon cycle proves IPCC’s human carbon cycle is false.
- Carbon-14 proves nature, not human CO2, caused the CO2 increase.
- Temperature changes precede CO2 changes, e.g., cause precedes effect.
- IPCC makes gross errors in its radiation calculations.
- Improved air quality explains all global warming since 1984.
Dr. Edwin X Berry is the best scientist to explain these ten proofs because he developed and published the seven bolded proofs in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2023.
Richard Courtney, UK professional climate science reviewer, wrote that Berry’s work is “the only true breakthrough in climate change science in the last 40 years.” (There are many scientists who just don’t get it.)
There is no excuse for Republican candidates to not know these proofs. This is essential knowledge to do your job.
Therefore, Dr. Berry invites Steve Daines, Tim Sheehy, Ryan Zinke, Troy Downing, Greg Gianforte, and others to meet for one-hour to discuss these proofs. All you plan to visit Flathead County or Bigfork in August, anyway. Cut out one hour to make yourself a million dollars more valuable in your job.
You won’t get a PhD in one hour, but you can learn enough so you won’t be fooled.
You may provide your own location in Flathead County or, if you are seven or fewer, you may drive to Berry’s private studio one mile north of Hwy 82 off Lower Valley Road for a non-interrupted focus on climate.

Berry’s Education, Experience, and Achievements
- Berry is a graduate of Caltech, Dartmouth, and the University of Nevada.
- He scored a perfect 800 on the SAT while finishing in half the allotted time.
- He scored 100% in the Selective Service exam, finishing in half the allotted time.
- As a Caltech student, Berry was in the AFROTC pilot program, but the AF gave him an honorable discharge when Congress reduced their budget for pilots.
- As a Teaching Fellow in Physics at Dartmouth, Berry studied the “Philosophy of Science” and “Probability and Markov Chains” under John Kemeny, a former special assistant to Albert Einstein. Berry considers these two courses critical to all who wish to be theoretical physicists.
- Berry’s first climate physics publication, in 1963, corrected a common physics error in climate physics textbooks. It’s the simple example of how a string winds up on your finger when you hold your finger still. Many physicists do not know how to calculate this.
- His 1965 PhD thesis was a breakthrough in cloud physics and numerical calculation that shows how fast rain forms in convective clouds with different spectra of cloud droplet nuclei. Climate models use extensions of his work to calculate precipitation. The Russians were first to put Berry’s work into their textbooks. England was next. His thesis work began a whole new branch of climate physics and is still being cited today.
- According to the 1965 DRI Director, Berry’s PhD thesis “put the Nevada’s Desert Research Institute on the map.”
- Berry’s PhD mentor, Friedwart Winterberg — the best student of Physics Nobel Laureate Werner Heisenberg — wrote that Berry was his best theoretical physics student in 50 years.
- Berry was Chief Scientist for the Desert Research Institute’s Airborne Research Program from 1965 to 1971. He led research flights through Sierra Nevada wave clouds, ice storms, Alberta hailstorms, and Yellowstone geysers. He participated in many weather modification research projects throughout the world. A few years after Berry left DRI for NSF, the DRI research aircraft crashed, killing all aboard.
- Berry is a USA certified pilot with single engine land, glider, and instrument ratings. Berry’s sailplane experience includes having to spin out of a dangerous, growing storm, making a zero-zero landing on a Nevada dry lake in a severe dust storm, and landing in a small industrial parking lot in an emergency.
- Berry was the only citizen consultant in DOD’s top-secret weather modification project in Southeast Asia, managed in China Lake, California, by Dr Pierre St. Amand.
- Berry was the National Science Foundation (NSF) Program Manager for the significant METROMEX project that showed how large cities modify their local climate.
- Berry showed the FAA how to stop airline accidents caused by severe downdrafts.
- Berry did the Southern California Wind Energy project for the California Energy Commission.
- Berry did the long-range drought prediction for the California Department of Water Resources.
- As an expert defense witness in a high-profile murder trial, Berry defeated the two California assistant AGs with his testimony and interactive courtroom software, which won the People’s Choice Award at a Microsoft Windows World Open software contest.
- Berry’s 2019, 2021, and 2023 publications prove human CO2 does not control CO2.
- His climate physics publications have received over 1500 citations.
- He has debated climate physics on his website edberry.com since 2009.
- He published one of the better books on climate change, Climate Miracle, in 2020.
- He wrote the only Amicus Brief for Held v Montana that defends climate truth.
- While a U of Nevada PhD candidate, his athletic performance made him a member of the Sigma Delta Psi national athletic honorary.
- He won world and national sailing championships in a high-performance, two-person, spinnaker, trapeze sailboat class.
- He placed in the top ten USA age-group run-bike-run and senior track events.
- He now holds Concept2 rowing world records for age group 85-89 for 100m, 500m, and 1min events.
