  1. Co2 is the fuel of life. That is all that you need to know! it has expended 98% of its heat trapping ability.

  2. Sorry, Ed, but I cannot support Tester. He is like a broken clock…no, actually he is NEVER correct. He is a died in the wool Leftist Democrat who stabbed Trump in the back and voted TWICE to impeach him and is as much a WEF puppet as you claim Sheehy is. Trump has endorsed Sheehy.

There are larger issues at stake by helping the Democrats keep control of the Senate, although defeating the Climate Change Scams and Scammers are still at the top of the list. But if we lose the Senate and lose control of the country to the Democats, the Climate Change Scammers will be ramming their agenda down our throats full speed ahead along with the entire WEF agenda….that is too high a price to pay over MAYBE getting Tester to oppose their agenda, but don’t count on it.

“I would certainly say that Jon Tester is the most vulnerable Democrat out there in the country,” said Chuck Denowh, a Republican consultant in Montana who worked on the 2020 campaigns of Montana Sen. Steve Daines and Rep. Matt Rosendale.

“Tester’s strategy is to distance himself [from the Biden-Harris administration and their disastrous record] and pretend to be something that he hasn’t been for the last six years, but I think the voters here get it.”….He has voted WITH Biden and the Democrats more than 90% of the time, so he is as much to blame for the current disaster as they are.

      1. Dear TEWS,

I understand. There are good arguments each way.

But the disaster of Montana losing Held v Montana changed everything. It revealed the Republicans who side with Democrats on this critical lawsuit.

My argument is based on Sheehy’s, Daines’, and Zinke’s unnecessary censorship of everything related to climate truth, and their support of AG Knudsen’s WEF-directed, purposeful loss of Held v Montana.

Why would Daines, Sheehy, and Zinke approve this loss and censor me? It has been very easy for any of them to call me and ask to talk.

I attended a Zinke fundraiser a few months ago to talk to him. He refused to talk, and he made it clear that he did not want me there.

Now, add the fact that climate truth can save America its whole annual deficit, so every true Republican should be interested in how to save this money.

Trump would have a better chance to win if Republicans would support climate truth. So, Sheehy’s refusal to support climate truth, or even to talk about it, indicates he does not really support Trump.

That’s just too much conspiracy for me to sweep under the rug. So, I conclude that Sheehy is a bigger danger to America and Montana than Tester.

        1. It is a conundrum. Tester MIGHT help push back on Green Scams, but he would help the Democrats keep the Senate and thwart ALL of Trump’s agenda and probably vote for more impeachments.

Sheehy might possibly vote against Trump’s climate policy or he might still be pulled over to support it, but at least he would help the Republicans take the Senate and where they could implement Trump’s agenda, which includes rolling back ALL of the Green Scams. That looks like the bigger prize, but we all know both parties are just two heads of the Uniparty snake, and NONE of them can be trusted.

  3. Republicans have pretty much caved to the premise that man has caused the climate to change. Anytime a journalist brings it up, Republicans have no argument. At least Trump did not support the Paris accord. The problem is Big Climate and the media attack anyone who opposes the premise. If their hypothesis was strong, they wouldn’t need to attack. I always ask, give me one shred of evidence that CO2 causes temperature and not the other way around? Crickets. Most Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin. Trump isn’t one of those coins. We have very few like him.

  4. Ed Berry is an amazing atmospheric scientist and climate change educator, competitive athlete and sailor and very important expert witness in legal battles over terrible climate change dogma and policies.

It is surprising to see that the political and legal systems in Montana are as messed up as in other states and the Federal Government.

For the sake of America’s future, may the truth and excellence that Ed Berry fights for prevail!

  5. Dear Bob,

You ask, why not abstain and vote for neither Tester or Sheehy?

Because I am a doer, not a by stander.

I know more about Sheehy and Zinke than most people do because of my significant involvement in trying to defend Held v Montana.

I witnessed how Party Boss forced Knudsen to purposely lose Held v Montana, and how Party Boss now controls Daines, Sheehy, and Zinke.

I supported Zinke since 2011 and helped him get elected. In November 2022, Zinke said he would invite me to talk to Congress about climate.

But Party Boss stopped Zinke from inviting me and Zinke will no longer talk to me. Zinke is now a puppet.

Knudsen rolled a bomb into the patriot’s tent. Daines, Sheehy, and Zinke support that action.

I gave Zinke and Sheehy months to accept my several invitations to spend an hour with me anytime anywhere to talk about climate. They refused to even reply to my invitations.

Somebody’s got to tell the people the truth.

I will take an incompetent over a traitor any day.

  6. I understand your decision to not vote for Sheehy. However, I could never vote for a Democrat. Their agenda is diabolical. I would leave the Senate box blank. There are Republicans in my state who are similar to Sheehy, like our Governor Lee. It seems you have to have a lot of money to be a Governor in Tennessee. Lamar Alexander was a good Governor and Senator for a while, then in his later years he turned RINO and diabolical like Sheehy.

  7. Dr. Berry,

I am hugely disappointed that you would vote for two Democrats in this election. Your reasoning is misguided. You are willing to keep in office a Senator who is as far left as they come, a supporter of the green new deal. Why? Because you feel that the Republicans are “RATS” on this one issue? Ok, they are wrong on the suit. I get that, but to vote for two people who would be wrong on every issue that would affect Montana and the country would not be wise. That’s tantamount to slicing off your nose to spite your face. You should rethink your stance.

    1. Dear Immortal600,

By the way, are you the “real” Immortal600 or the fake?

Anyway, my decision goes beyond simple differences of opinions on climate change. I can live with differences of opinion.

My decision is based on the following:
      1. Party Boss who assists WEF forced our AG to purposely lose HvM.
      2. Party Boss also had the State of Montana censor and blacklist me personally to prevent me from helping Montana defeat HvM.
      3. Party Boss forced Zinke to censor me personally and professionally.
      4. Party Boss forced Daines, Sheehy, and Gianforte to support AG’s purposeful loss of HvM.
      5. Now, they all support WEF’s goal of making us slaves by 2030.
      6. Sheehy can’t even remember his own history and his real history does not look good. See Tim Sheehy violates Naval Honor Code.
      7. WEF is my enemy, not my friend,
      8. I can’t vote for anyone who censors me and purposely trashes the climate truth that I stand for.
      7. This looks like a conspiracy to me, and I consider Sheehy and Zinke traitors.
      8. I would rather live under a normal slimy Democrat than under a Republican who is a traitor who supports WEF.

      1. The problem, Dr. Ed, the Senate is the key to Presidential appointments. We need Trump to win and take control of the Senate to replace Thomas and Alito when they retire. If they get replaced by two leftists we are toast.

        1. Dear Stephan,
By their works, not words, we will know them. Sheehy and Zinke are leftists.
Sheehy’s company website before he decided to run for Senate, was all about leftist ideology.
Zinke has been a leftist science 2011 when he drove a Prius.

Sheehy and Zinke support the disastrous, purposeful loss of Held v Montana. That means they are leftists.
They support climate fiction and censor climate truth. That means they are leftists.
They do not deserve the “R” they claim to be. They are traitors and Trojan horses.
They refuse to recognize climate truth which we need to fight WEF.
          They are agents of WEF.

Your argument that the group is more important than the individual is collectivism, which is the basis of communism, world government, and the World Economic Forum.
Our constitution is about the individual, not the collective.
Our schools teach collectivism supersedes individuality to indoctrinate students to support world government.
Collectivism also wants to erase history, like Montana’s purposeful loss of Held v Montana.

They say, “HvM is water over the bridge. Live with it.” That means living with perpetual fiction, and allowing that fiction to become the basis of future decisions.

My decision that Tester and Tranel are better for Montana than Sheehy and Zinke is based on facts, not opinion.
I think a common Democrat is preferable to a Republican traitor. I don’t trust that traitors will not cast the final vote to give WEF control of America.

Also, Daines and Zinke promoted Sheehy to block Matt Rosendale because Matt was in their way to let WEF control America. Why did they interfere, and get Trump to interfere, with Montana’s primary election?
It’s always about control. Daines and Zinke put their control above truth and justice. That’s why I don’t trust them to make favorable decisions about my future.

  8. Hi Ed,

Like you I am sometimes disappointed in Republicans and almost always disappointed in Democrats. But my strategy differs from yours.

I will vote against (or fail to vote for) a Republican if it makes no difference in the outcome. Here in Oregon, it typically makes no difference, because Republicans have been shut out of statewide offices for decades. So I am free to vote for the best man or woman.

But if the election is going to be close, I will consider the greater good and vote strategically. That may mean swallowing my anger at a particular Republican and voting for him/her, especially if it could make a huge difference, such as control of Congress or our legislature. Right now Republicans are in danger of losing all control of the Oregon legislature, such that Democrats can pass whatever tax measures they want. I cannot vote for that and will support my local Republican, even though I am not fond of him.

On the national level, we have a first term Republican Congresswoman who is running for reelection by straddling the fence on Global Warming and ‘renewable energy.’ She is playing the middle as hard as she can, despite several conversations with me. If her race were not close and the outcome possibly crucial for control of the House of Representatives, I might withhold support. I dislike the RINO strategy, because among other things, it does not work.

HOWEVER, I don’t want our next President (Donald Trump) to be impeached on his second day in office, because Democrats have regained the House. So, I avoid hurting her campaign. If she is reelected, I will again suggest that she pay attention to the real science and stop her pandering.

I do not know the political situation in Montana. So I should not comment beyond suggesting that everyone vote strategically, even if you do not like the idiot on your side.

  9. Dr. Berry,

I am the REAL one who wrote the comment above. I appreciate your response. I bought your book and tout it to others.

    1. I concur Immortal. Dr. Ed’s explanation of climate physics is beautifully simple. If it were complex, like the IPCC’s climate model, we would have been gone a long time ago and the planet would be barren.

  10. TEWS_Pilot,

After watching Megan Kelly’s interview of Tim Sheehy I understand more fully why Dr. Ed will not vote for him. He couldn’t give a straight answer to a question. It is difficult to believe this guy is a Naval Academy graduate and former Navy Seal. He is the best Montana Republicans could offer? Really? I still would not vote for Tester but I concur with Dr. Ed, I would not vote for Sheehy. He is a swamp creature.

  11. Ed, the country is now divided. The ONLY choices left are EVIL or GOOD. Democrats and RINOs are EVIL. Republicans who still hold to the basic principles and MAGA Republicans in particular are the last hope to save the country. Whichever party controls Congress and the White House will set the ENTIRE agenda and either destroy the country or restore the Republic, including “Climate Change” legislation vs “Climate REALISM,” and if the Democrats win, they will go full throttle on EVIL and the GREEN SCAMS, including Tester and any other Democrat who knows his vote is covered by other Democrats, so he can pretend to be against “Climate Change” legislation knowing there are enough Democrats to void his vote.

Voting to allow the Republicans to control Congress and the White House is NOT “Collectivism,” is it SURVIVAL. It is choosing GOOD over EVIL. No candidate is perfect, but Democrats are in lockstep with EVIL. If you choose to vote for a Democrat over ONE ISSUE, then you are voting for the EVIL Party to set ALL of the agenda. That is your choice, but at least admit that you don’t care about all of the other issues that will determine the fate of the nation for the next several generations. If the Democrats maintain control of the government, we will never have another actual election, they will all be like in third world dictatorships with ONE PARTY RULE. The UNIPARTY will lock in their power forever with a voting block of over 20 MILLION new citizens imported and naturalized from all over the world. If you care about your children and grandchildren and everyone else’s, do NOT vote for ANY Democrats. Either vote Republican or please abstain.

    1. Dear TEWS_Pilot,

Thank you for your comment. My rating of these four candidates is based on my personal experience. I don’t expect you to agree with me, but that is OK.

What I know is that I have seen the hidden face of evil in Montana’s Republican Party, and it is more evil than I would have ever imagined. This does not apply to the whole Republican Party in Montana.

I measure evil on facts and observations, not feelings. The purposeful loss of HvM was the biggest political evil I have seen. That is why I cannot vote for Sheehy or Zinke or Knudsen.

In my opinion, Sheehy and Zinke are Democrats, not Republicans.

  12. In my 65 years I’ve witnessed the USA D.C. government become corrupt, lazy, greedy, and finally – evil. Because people like me let it happen. We sat on the sidelines rather than getting in the ring.

Trump is getting in the ring – again. I think we, the people who allowed D.C. to rot, owe Trump a little gratitude, and a little help, with our vote.

  13. Good for you Dr Ed.
It’s your right and free choice.
You don’t need to justify to anyone.
