The greatest evil ever done by members of the Montana Republican Party was AG Austin Knudsen’s deliberate, unethical, and damaging loss of the Held v. Montana (“HvM”) climate lawsuit in June 2023.

Knudsen’s deliberate loss of HvM is a subversive action against the USA.

Knudsen stipulated at the start of the HvM trial, on June 12, 2023, that Montana agreed with the plaintiffs that our carbon dioxide emissions caused the plaintiffs’ claimed damages. He never challenged a plaintiff witness. He had no relevant defense witness.

Knudsen’s deliberate loss of HvM goes squarely against President Trump’s executive orders on energy and climate, putting Trump at risk of losing all his climate actions in a lawsuit.

Knudsen’s deliberate loss of HvM was critical to the World Economic Forum’s (“WEF”) plan to control America by 2030, because its plan requires climate indoctrination of the majority of voters, and defeating HvM would have overturned the WEF’s plan and set people like you free.

Knudsen’s deliberate loss of HvM deprived the people of their right to use Montana’s carbon resources to produce abundant, low-cost energy, and forced Montana schools to continue turning their students into climate zombies who will never learn to think. These are economic, educational, and moral disasters.

Daines and Sheehy lied when they told their voters that Knudsen lost because the judge was a “liberal.” The judge properly ruled on the evidence presented in court. Montana lost because Knudsen presented no evidence on the defense’s behalf.

Congressman Zinke told me he would invite me to speak to Congress about climate truth after his election in November 2022. The Montana WEF man overheard Zinke’s offer. A few months later, Zinke told me he could no longer talk to me. The WEF climate BORG assimilated Navy SEAL Zinke. Resistance is futile.

Governor Gianforte refused to defend HvM himself, even though he knew in June 2022 that Knudsen would lose HvM in 2023.

Flint and Zinke lied to Trump.

Flint and Congressman Zinke deliberately deceived President Trump when they asked for his endorsement of Flint by not telling Trump they opposed his climate and energy plan for America. No one can serve two masters. Flint is lying through his teeth when he claims President Trump truly knows him and supports him.

Anti-Trump PACs support Flint.

The American Mission PAC, Leadership in Action PAC, Make Montana Great PAC, and SEAL PAC USA (by Zinke) have pushed millions into Flint’s campaign. These are not conservative PACs. They don’t support Trump’s climate actions. They do not support Musk’s plan to put data centers in Earth orbit. They are PACs by venture capitalists who want to build unrestricted data centers in America for their own profit.

Montana censored me to prevent me from helping Montana defeat HvM.

The Montana Department of Revenue (“MDOR”) attacked my climate business shortly after I announced my upcoming book, Climate Miracle, in June 2020. It is the only book that shows how to defeat a climate lawsuit.

MDOR spent over $100,000 of taxpayer money trying to destroy my climate business, conscripted 9 months of my work time, and then admitted that it had found no error in my tax return. MDOR then claimed my climate business was a hobby. I defeated this MDOR claim in its own court in February 2022, writing my own defense and proving that MDOR’s attack was a scam.

Why did MDOR attack me? Only one reason. I am a climate physicist who knows how to defeat lawsuits. (MDOR is an example.) A powerful person who is on the WEF’s side did not want me to defend HvM because he knew my team of scientists would have easily defeated Held v. Montana.

How I learned about Held v Montana.

In April 2022, AG Knudsen’s office was sending emails to potential climate physics experts who might serve as expert witnesses, but was purposely avoiding me.

On April 14, 2022, they sent an offer to one very good expert, who replied with a copy to me as follows:

The guy you want is Ed Berry, who lives in Big Fork, Montana. Ed knows at least as much as I do, and he has written several scientific papers on how CO2 behaves in the atmosphere, the biosphere, and the Ocean.

That was the first time I learned of the Held v. Montana lawsuit.

On May 10, 2022, AG Knudsen’s contract attorney for HvM called me. The first thing she told me was that she “was not authorized to pay me for any work I might do.” During our conversation, I learned that the State of Montana had secretly blacklisted me to prevent me from ever receiving a contract with the State, giving me no notification or opportunity to dispute its action.

I offered to review the HvM defense documents and make suggestions.

My review revealed that the defense was totally unprepared to defeat HvM. I made extensive comments on the 200-page lawsuit. I showed them how to reply to every plaintiff claim. I showed them what they should have done to get HvM dismissed.

HvM is a carbon copy of the 2011 climate lawsuit that my Intervention defeated in the Montana Supreme Court (“MSC”). Knudsen should have used the MSC ruling to dismiss HvM, but he did not. But Knudsen censored me, so he knew nothing about this 2011 MSC ruling.

I recommended how Montana should respond to HvM and outlined how to defeat HvM in court. I learned that the attorneys had no idea how to respond to HvM because climate science was a foreign language to them.

An assistant AG read my comments and asked me for more information, which I provided. He was in a hurry, so we both worked weekends and holidays. He decided to have me sign on as an expert witness.

Here’s an important truth: no attorney can hire a bunch of climate scientists, as Knudsen’s team tried to do, and plan a successful defense of a climate lawsuit because attorneys and scientists speak different languages. To the attorney, it would be like trying to herd cats. I am the only climate scientist I know who also speaks defense attorney language. I know how to defeat lawsuits, quickly and efficiently. So, if you want to defeat a climate lawsuit, you really do need me to win.

Then I attended a Pachyderm meeting.

At the Kalispell Pachyderm meeting on June 3, 2022, I mentioned my participation in HvM to a man whom I thought was my friend. He became very angry, not at me but at my knowledge of HvM and participation in its defense. He left the meeting in a big hurry. When I returned to my office, I found that AG Knudsen had cut off all my communications with his staff. Now, I call my friend “the WEF man.”

A few months later, I proposed a $300K intervention to a Republican venture capital group in Flathead County that would have defeated HvM. The WEF man was in the group. They refused to pay $300K to defeat HvM. Montana later paid the Plaintiffs’ attorneys $3 million for their win.

Flint is part of the evil that caused Knudsen to deliberately lose HvM.

In 2025, I asked Governor Gianforte to remove Montana’s censorship of me, but he has not responded. I believe Montana’s censorship of me originates at a higher level than the governor, the same level that forced our Governor to abandon his plan to defend himself and forced AG Knudsen to lose the HvM climate lawsuit.

The evil I inadvertently found has more power over the Montana government than the governor. Aaron Flint is using this evil to boost his career.

Montana could have defeated Held v Montana with my help.

We would have stopped the WEF, Deep State, and Bill Gates plan to enslave America by 2030 because their plan needs the climate delusion.

We would have awakened people from their climate delusions, stopped the evil indoctrination of children, and opened minds to the truth that nature, not human carbon emissions, controls the climate.

We would have freed governments to make economic decisions without “green” distortions. Stopped the waste of money and talent on senseless carbon capture.

We would have, in time, eliminated America’s annual deficit, which today is entirely caused by “green” laws and taxes.

I have seen an evil that works to overthrow America.

This evil works to defeat President Trump’s executive orders on energy and climate, to dumb down American voters to believe in the climate fraud, and to help WEF control America by 2030.

Vote for America and your own freedom.
