How do I get faster as I get older?
I have proved you can improve your fitness after you are 80 years old. I do rowing workouts for about 30 minutes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. I eat a simple diet and take normal supplements. I take no steroids or unhealthy drugs.
