“It’s about Climate Truth and Freedom, Kid.”
Today, there are many true climate scientists, like me, who work to promote climate truth. Fortunately, we have the Norwegian “Science of Climate Change” to publish our professional papers. But we need more. We need an organization.
The media and even conservative politicians pay attention only to organized groups that cover the political spectrum from the climate alarmist groups to the moderate alarmist CO2 Coalition that still can’t get its science correct.
We are outgunned by the organized groups because we are Lone Rangers.
To attempt to solve this problem, I formed “Climate Flow X” as a Montana LLC on August 25, 2025. Our goal is to “Promote scientific truth about climate change.”
Our first goal is to help President Trump defeat LvT because, frankly, no group is doing this.
Our abbreviated name is CFX. We have two domain names: Climateflowx.com and CFX.LLC.
Both domain names take you to Climate Flow X, hosted on edberry.com.
CFX supports the proofs that show these three hypotheses are false:
- H(1): Human CO2 emissions cause the CO2 increase.
- H(2): This CO2 increase causes global warming.
- H(3): This global warming causes bad stuff to happen.
All climate alarmism is based on the false belief that these three hypotheses are true.
The ONLY way to defeat LvT is to prove H(1) and H(2) are false and to use this proof to negate H(3). Waxing poetic about how climate works will not defeat LvT.
CO2 Coalition scientists can’t defeat LvT because they AGREE with the LvT plaintiffs that H(1) and H(2) are true and only disagree with H(3) on the definition of “bad stuff.”
Here’s the critical problem that we must solve:
President Trump is on course to lose his fight for our climate freedom for three reasons:
- The Lighthiser v Trump (LvT) climate lawsuit, if lost, will overturn President Trump’s Executive Orders on climate and energy and more.
- Trump is on course to lose LvT because – like he chose “Fauci” scientists to solve his COVID problem – he may have chosen “Fauci” climate scientists to solve his CLIMATE problem and to defeat LvT .
- President Trump does not know we exist.
Trump’s Department of Energy published its climate report, using scientists mostly from the CO2 Coalition. This DOE report says H(1) and H(2) are true and tries to make an argument against LvT that would win in court. They fail.
The American Meteorological Society (AMS) outlines its rebuttal to the DOE climate report, saying the details will come later. Unfortunately for Trump, this AMS argument will easily win in court because the DOE scientists gave away the only arguments that could have defeated LvT.
Our side’s problem.
Very few climate scientists and climate lawyers know how to defeat a climate lawsuit like LvT. They don’t understand the only way to defeat a climate lawsuit is to prove H(1) and H(3) are false, and as a bonus also prove H(3) is false. That is the only way to convince a judge or jury to rule against the plaintiffs.
The CO2 Coalition is unqualified to defend LvT for the following reasons:
- CO2 Coalition scientists Koonin, Happer, and Lindzen have authored joint articles and court documents that agree with H(1) and H(2).
- Koonin has written a book that agrees with H(1) and H(2).
- The CO2 Coalition has censored peer-reviewed publications that prove these hypotheses are false.
- The CO2 Coalition’s “special document” EBH uses junk physics to claim H(1) is true.
- CO2 Coalition members cannot contradict in court what they have published in public.
- The plaintiffs’ LvT trial attorneys will make CO2 Coalition expert witnesses look like fools in court.
To save his conservative agenda, President Trump must use climate scientists and defense lawyers who, as a group, can prove H(1), H(2), and H(3) are false in court.
However, it will take several months of practice before the defense attorneys and expert witnesses before they will be ready to go into court. They must practice like an NFL football team practices before it plays in a game.
America’s problem:
President Trump is running out of time to defeat LvT. He has not yet chosen a team that can defeat LvT.
We must get this message to President Trump because the freedom of the world hangs on defeating LvT.
A note on my expertise:
I may be the only climate scientist who has been the key expert defense witness in a high profile, weather related, murder trial and won. I defeated the California AGs after five days on the stand. I helped organize the defense team. This is the expertise I bring to this group. I know how to win in court as well as in sports.
I did not wax poetic about how to win sailing USA and world championships. I practiced enough to win. I did not wax poetic about how to place in the USA top ten in run-bike-run races. I just practiced enough to win. I did not wax poetic about how to win Concept2 age-group rowing world records. I just practiced enough to win.
Anyone who thinks they can bring diverse scientific experts into a courtroom without extensive prior practice and then defeat a climate lawsuit like LvT, is a fool. I am the coach who can show a climate team how to win.

You referenced “WEF” above and I couldn’t recall what the acronym stood for. Unless I missed it somewhere, you should preface the acronym with the full name World Economic Forum in the post above.
In your February 24, 2025 post, “Will Montana update its climate law for President Trump?,” you claimed AG Knudsen was under orders of the WEF to lose Held v Montana. Then you wrote, “Some Republican attorneys think AG Knudsen lost because he is too stupid to defend against Held v Montana.“
I don’t recommend the Trump-like name-calling, but I do think we the people need to know the truth as much as possible. If true, how did the WEF get control of AG Knudsen? And what are the motives of Republicans like Gov. Gianforte? Are they just misinformed on the science or is there more to it?
I wrote the previous paragraph before reading the rest of your post. It seems you already answered my questions. Is there anything more to be said?
