Today, there are many true climate scientists trying their best to promote climate truth. I am one of them. But, unless we organize, we will never capture the attention we need to achieve our goals.
To solve this problem, I formed “Climate Flow X” as a Montana LLC on August 25, 2025, with the goal to “Promote scientific truth about climate change.”
I am following my belief that if we build it, they will come.

Our first goal is to help President Trump defeat the Lighthiser v Trump climate lawsuit because LvT is the biggest threat to Trump’s climate freedom plans for America.
The LvT plaintiffs claim the following hypotheses – H(1), H(2), H(3) and H(4) – are true:
- Human CO2 emissions cause the CO2 increase.
- This CO2 increase causes global warming.
- This global warming causes bad stuff to happen.
- The bad stuff in H(3) proves H(1) and H(2) are true.
Climate Flow X scientists will prove in court that these four hypotheses are false. This is the official scientific position of Climate Flow X.

Held v Montana
A year before the trial, I predicted Montana would lose Held v Montana (HvM) when I saw how WEF (and the deep state) controlled Montana’s Attorney general, Governor, and other elected officials, and the outcome of HvM.
On June 12, 2023, at the beginning of the HvM trial, the State of Montana stipulated,
“for the purposes of trial, there is a scientific consensus that earth is warming as a direct result of human GHG emissions, primarily from the burning of fossil fuels.”
Thereafter, AG Knudsen provided no defense. The Plaintiffs’ attorneys had the floor to themselves. The judge made the correct decision based upon the evidence presented in court.
Lighthiser v Trump
LvT has the same legal and scientific team that they used in HvM. LvT uses many of the same child plaintiffs that they used in HvM. They filed LvT in a federal court in Montana.
LvT is a carbon copy of HvM except as it applies to federal law rather than to Montana law. No doubt the LvT legal team will refer to the result of HvM as a “precedent” to LvT.
Montana AG Knudsen, who purposely lost Held v Montana, filed an Intervention to LvT on July 8, 2025, with the AGs from 18 other states.
His filing is a masterful diversion of focus. It makes the other AG’s think they are on Trump’s side when Knudsen does not intend to defeat LvT because he is a WEF puppet.
Trump’s biggest mistake will destroy his intended plan to save America.
President Trump does not realize the so-called climate people who surround him are “Faici’s” who are playing him on climate science like Fauci played him on COVID.
President Trump does not realize that his DOE climate team and their CO2 Coalition support hypotheses H(1), H(2), and H(3) listed above. Therefore, they cannot ethically, morally, or professionally defend Trump against LvT.
President Trump does not realize his Montana US Senators and Congressmen are Montana traitors who support AG Knudsen’s purposeful loss of HvM in June 2023.
Therefore, I predict Trump will lose LvT because WEF the DOE climate team and the CO2 Coalition control Trump’s defense.
The only way President Trump can defeat LvT is to use the climate team formed by Climate Flow X.
This is the most important decision that President Trump must make.
When Trump loses LvT, his energy, economic, and climate plans will be toast, and he will shatter the dreams of American conservatives.

You referenced “WEF” above and I couldn’t recall what the acronym stood for. Unless I missed it somewhere, you should preface the acronym with the full name World Economic Forum in the post above.
In your February 24, 2025 post, “Will Montana update its climate law for President Trump?,” you claimed AG Knudsen was under orders of the WEF to lose Held v Montana. Then you wrote, “Some Republican attorneys think AG Knudsen lost because he is too stupid to defend against Held v Montana.“
I don’t recommend the Trump-like name-calling, but I do think we the people need to know the truth as much as possible. If true, how did the WEF get control of AG Knudsen? And what are the motives of Republicans like Gov. Gianforte? Are they just misinformed on the science or is there more to it?
I wrote the previous paragraph before reading the rest of your post. It seems you already answered my questions. Is there anything more to be said?
