On May 6, 2016, I picked this song from Les Miserables to convey why the people want Donald Trump to be their president. – Ed
Music of my generation.
“You can’t always get what you want,” by the Rolling Stones blasted over the loudspeakers Sunday as Donald Trump posed for pictures. Voters reached out for him, grabbing him, asking for selfies.
“You can’t always get what you want,” continued the song.
Before walking out, Trump stopped for one more picture. Smile. Click. “But if you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you need,” played the song as he left.
Today, the people of Iowa will choose their favorite presidential candidates. We hope and dream and pray our favorite candidate will win or at least do well.
While I wait, I watch the Rolling Stones sing their iconic song that defines my generation.
A tribute to the U.S. military service personnel who gave their all for our freedom.
Here’s some magic performances by Jay Scott Berry
Jay is recognized as one of the world’s finest creators and performers of magic. This routine is an example of his unique style and ingenuity. An original routine, composed from original methods and means, all performed to an elegant, original score; exemplefying what Maskelyne Devant so appropriately called “The High Art of Magic”.
Jay Scott Berry is recognized as one of world’s master magicians. His gentle, elegant style is in stark contrast to the harsh “grunge” look displayed by some of his contemporaries. This clip is from one of Jay’s many TV Specials, Moments of Magic, filmed in Indonesia. The effect was created by Pavel. The background Music, “Starcloud” is one of Jay’s original compositions.
My son, Kim, produced this musical video. – Ed
