Donald Trump said, as president, he will only state defense objectives and then let the Generals and Admirals conduct the wars. He will end White House micro management of our military.
by Paul E. Vallely MG US Army (Ret), Stand Up America
For far too long, United States foreign policy, especially in the critical region of the Middle East and North Africa, has been pursued with apparent scant attention, much less priority, given to core, compelling U.S. national security objectives in the fight to defeat the Global Jihad Movement. This paper, therefore, offers a blueprint for a counterjihad security architecture for America that identifies those objectives and outlines the measures necessary to provide for the common defense of our Constitution, Republic, and society in this existential struggle of our time.
The U.S. has limited national security objectives in the MENA region, but they are important and must be precisely defined. The following are those objectives: [Read more…]

Exactly how and when did Ted Cruz obtain U.S. citizenship?
The fact that it is still an open question at this stage of the Presidential campaign is a testament either to the galactic ignorance of our political-media elite or their willingness to place political expediency ahead of the Constitution and the law.
There is no third alternative.
Rafael Edward “Ted” Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on December 22, 1970 and remained a Canadian citizen until he officially renounced it on May 14, 2014, eighteen months after taking the oath of office as a U.S. Senator. At the time of his birth, Cruz’s father was a citizen of Canada and his mother was a U.S. citizen. [Read more…]

Iran Says Top ISIS Leader Was Aboard Captured US Navy Boats
A leaked Ministry of Defense report reveals that the Obama administration is “completely destroyed” after their top-secret mission in transporting a top ISIS leader was uncovered and thwarted by Iran.
Once this Islamic State terror leader was in route to Kuwait aboard one of the US Navy’s RCB’s, this report continues, an “overwhelming” force of Iranian Sepāh naval troops captured both this terrorist, the US Navy boats (including the American sailors aboard them) transporting him and nearly ignited an all out war when Iranian forces were forced to fire “warning missiles” against the US Navy’s aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman attempting to intervene.
Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy overseeing this operation, this report notes, stated about this operation to capture this terror leader that the aircraft carrier USS Truman displayed “unprofessional moves” thus causing him to put Iranian naval forces on high alert and warning:
“We prepared our coast-to-sea missiles, missile-launching speedboats and our numerous capabilities, to strike if they made a hostile move”.
Upon the US Navy “backing down”, this report says, the captured Islamic State terror leader and the American sailors accompanying him were brought to Farsi Island whereupon Admiral Fadavi immediately contacted Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht Ravanchi. Trump has put Cruz in eligibility check. Now Cruz must get out of check! (Bush should have done this to Rubio but he won’t.)
If Cruz can’t get out of check, it will be checkmate. Trump will use the checkmate to remove Ted Cruz from the competition for the Republican nomination.
If Cruz does get out of check, he may resolve the “natural born citizen” issue forever.
Donald Trump said on January 5 that Ted Cruz’s Canadian birthplace was a “very precarious” issue that could make Cruz vulnerable if he won the Republican presidential nomination:
“Republicans are going to have to ask themselves the question: ‘Do we want a candidate who could be tied up in court for two years?’ That’d be a big problem. It’d be a very precarious one for Republicans because he’d be running and the courts may take a long time to make a decision. You don’t want to be running and have that kind of thing over your head.”
On January 7, Trump tweeted,
Ted–free legal advice on how to pre-empt the Dems on citizen issue. Go to court now & seek Declaratory Judgment–you will win!
Fox News reported on January 8, “Trump Ignites Birther Bandwagon Against Cruz.”
On January 13, Trump tweeted,
Sadly, there is no way that Ted Cruz can continue running in the Republican Primary unless he can erase doubt on eligibility. Dems will sue!
To understand what Trump did, we must define the problem.
Many argue about whether Cruz and Rubio are “natural born citizens.” They think they can resolve this issue with endless debate on the Internet. They can’t. Only a court of law can decide on the eligibility issue. But a court cannot resolve the “natural born citizen” issue in time to change the Republican nomination for president. [Read more…]
Please see my new post of April 5, 2016, “Why Ted Cruz is not Eligible to be President.” It shows a new legal argument that I believe will prevail.
by Dr. Ed Berry, also NewsWithViews
The question of whether Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are eligible to be president of the United States has been reviewed by several authors. The question comes down to the definition of a natural born citizen.
Cruz was born in Canada while his mother was a U.S. citizen and his father had been a resident of the United States. Rubio and Jindal were both born in the United States to parents who were not U.S. citizens.
As a physicist, I leave lawyering to the lawyers. I stick to reading and qualifying legal opinions. The logic of physics is very similar to the logic of law.
Below are my summaries of the three key legal opinions on this subject. Apuzzo argues for ineligible. Katyal, Clement, and Maskell rebut Apuzzo’s opinion and argue for eligible.
Unfortunately, America’s political process considers anyone who throws his hat in the ring to be eligible until someone proves otherwise. Therefore, the only way to find Cruz or Rubio ineligible is for someone to prevail in a US court to prove they are ineligible.
My reading of Apuzzo’s legal argument is that it is lacking in substance necessary to prevail. Therefore, I conclude Katyal, Clement, and Maskell easily win the debate, meaning both Cruz and Rubio will be considered “eligible” to be president.

Are you tired of our government forcing you to pay for the climate hoax?
Then you should vote for a presidential candidate who will stop the climate hoax.
Thousands of our best atmospheric scientists have shown why our carbon dioxide emissions do not change climate. But our government will promote the climate hoax until we elect a president who will fight to stop it. [Read more…]

The UN just wrapped up yet another international meeting attended by thousands of delegates and world leaders. This time they introduced and unanimously approved the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This is the 17 Goal reboot of Agenda 21 with plans to fully enforce it by 2030.
Many people ask me who writes these Agendas and who attends these meetings. And especially people ask how they wield so much power and influence over our government. It’s a vast matrix composed of both private Non-governmental Organizations (NGO) groups and representatives of the UN and representatives of a large number of US federal agencies – all working together behind the scenes, quietly making policy for the rest of us.
They make fun of our efforts to expose and fight Agenda 21, calling it a conspiracy theory. Through their condescending chuckles they boldly claim that Agenda 21 policy has no power of enforcement and that “there are no Blue-helmeted troops at City Hall.” The truth is the UN doesn’t need troops at City Hall because they have a private army doing the job for them – the NGO’s working behind the scenes applying the pressure on elected officials.
