Note: This is a speech I first gave to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 1996, just four years after the UN’s Earth Summit in Rio. At the time I gave this address there were strong indications that Maurice Strong could be chosen as the next UN Secretary General. It didn’t happen, but that didn’t diminish his influence over the body. In fact, in 1996 all roads in the UN led to Maurice Strong.

This speech represented the first time that the CPAC audience and most conservatives had ever heard of the radical agenda of the environmental movement. It was probably the first time the term Sustainable Development was ever heard by a conservative audience. Governor Lamm: How to destroy America

In the past month, you have read my four part series on the ramifications of adding 100 million immigrants to America within the next 38 years. I don’t care how you cut it or how you deny it or how you avoid it—this human armada will change the face of America beyond recognition. None of it will be good, positive or hopeful for America or her citizens.

That 100 million people fleeing failed states, failed countries and failed environments will bring enormous poverty and illiteracy as well as cultural and religious tensions to America that will crack this civilization like Humpty-Dumpty over the edge of the Grand Canyon. Once those numbers manifest, we won’t be able to put ourselves back together again.

Back on October 3, 2003 in Washington DC, I sat dumbfounded at a speech given by former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm.

He spoke on, “How to Destroy America.” I was the only journalist to report on the speech verbatim. The audience sat spellbound by the eight methods for destruction of the United States. Community leaders promote UN Earth Charter in America’s schools

Regents and college presidents at the University of Montana, Flathead Valley Community College, and throughout America, promote and defend the UN Earth Charter. As such, they are participating in overthrowing the Constitution of the United States of America.

Obama’s Executive Order 13575

Marti Oakley in The theft of rural and agricultural lands for UN Agenda 21 describes EO 13575. First, here’s the solution:

New Council or not, it would be a relatively simple matter to halt the coming terrorism by corporate federal agencies against agricultural property owners. Our governors would have only to refuse any contracting with these federal corporations which would deny them access inside the geographical boundaries of the states.

Here’s the problem:

Obama recently signed EO 13575, establishing the White House Rural Council.  The council is a list of the most aggressive agencies and departments in the US government.  The all inclusive council members represent the very agencies and departments most dedicated to forcing the subjugation of the US to United Nations control. In fact, many of the agencies, departments and organizations listed as Council members are in fact creations of the UN; created for no other purpose than to give the United Nations direct access to the United States.

This council can be viewed as nothing less than the establishment of a domestic terrorism group which will orchestrate the coming assault on private agricultural property owners in an effort to force them off their land and out of production.  There was an effort during the Reagan presidency to launch a similar assault on individual owners of agricultural land which would have displaced more than 2 million people, handing their land over to others who were more amenable to the government and UN control.

Obviously, Obama’s exec order goes way beyond his rights under our Constitution. Have we ejected our Constitution from America?

What elected Republican is going to stand up to this wholesale intrusion into our lives? I address Republicans because the Democrats are pretty much under the control of Soros and the Communist Party who are all in favor of EO 13575.
