It’s no secret the elected and appointed leaders of the Montana GOP support failed and losing presidential candidate Ted Cruz.
Therefore, it’s not surprising their Nomination Form for Delegates to Republican National Convention is impossible to download or print from the MTGOP website.
Therefore, as a public service, you may click on the link below download the MTGOP Nomination Form: [Read more…]

On March 15, Donald Trump won 5 states. Cruz won zip. Here are the delegates to date:
After losing his home state of Florida, Marco Rubio dropped out.
Kasich barely won his home state of Ohio only because Rubio and Cruz told their supporters to vote for Kasich. Kasich should drop out. Although, if Kasich stays in, he will take anti-Trump votes from Cruz which will help Trump win.
Here’s the summary.
For Kasich to get 1237 delegates, he needs to win 106 percent of the remaining delegates. That can’t happen.
For Cruz to get 1237 delegates, he needs to win 79 percent of the remaining delegates. That won’t happen.
For Trump to get 1237 delegates, he needs to win 53 percent of the remaining delegates. That will happen.
Here’s why Trump will get over 1237 delegates.

Here are the delegate counts as of March 9:
Here are the delegates and polls for the elections on March 15. I will update the poll data as new data become available.
March 15 has 358 Delegates. Trump leads in all 5 states.
Before the March 15 elections, the Virgin Islands, Washington D.C., and Guam will award 37 delegates.
In the elections on March 8:
Rubio got only 1 delegate of the 150 on Tuesday. The February 29 Enquirer article on Rubio did not help him. Rubio disgusted many voters in the last debate when he would not shut up and let Donald Trump respond to his false accusations. On March 15, barring an improbable change, Rubio will lose his home state of Florida.
Kasich and Trump are the only candidates who have CEO qualifications. Cruz and Rubio are management novices.
Trump is on a roll. Trump won Michigan, Mississippi, and Hawaii. Romney’s well-funded attacks on Trump had no effect in these states. Romney’s attacks seemed to help Trump in these states.
Cruz won Idaho where polls had Trump leading Cruz by 9 points. The large votes for Cruz in Idaho’s Mormon counties indicate Romney’s attacks were effective in Idaho at least to the Mormon voters.
Canada Cruz and VCEs
Cruz’s support now comes from two sources: Very Conservative Evangelicals “Tea Party” (VCEs) voters and anti-Trump voters. Moderate Evangelicals support Trump. [Read more…]
March 8 has 150 Delegates. Trump leads in all 4 states.
This is my reply to an opinion article in our local newspaper. The PhD opinion author is a moron who believes attacks on the messenger proves the message is wrong. So I had to defend myself as well as my message.
Click Daily Inter Lake to see my rebuttal in print on the right side of page 24. Notice the article to the left titled, “Montana fishing industry gutted by climate change.” The authors are morons who claim Montana must “address climate change” to save its fish.
Face it. The average logic-impaired homo sapiens is not too logical. They “addressed” village problems by burning innocent ladies at the stake. The “addressed” lack of rain by cutting out beating hearts.
Now, to “address” climate change they tax and shut down our abundant cheap energy. They can’t tell the difference between facts and their political religion.

Matthews Bradley, a PhD in molecular biology, (Daily Inter Lake Feb 7) admits he is “not an expert in climate science.” Yet, he makes irrational claims about climate science.
In the 1930s, Soviet biologist Lysenko made irrational claims. Lysenkoism set back Russian biology some 30 years until 1964.
Bradley promotes “Climate Lysenkoism.”
He avoids logic and the scientific method. Like Lysenko, he thinks ad hominem attacks make a scientific argument. [Read more…]

Elwood and Thiessen (Daily Inter Lake Feb 14) try to prove true the popular illusion that our CO2 emissions cause dangerous climate change. They fail. Let’s call this failed illusion “AGW.”
Before we proceed, let’s park our partisanship and focus on truth. Climate change is a nonpartisan issue. We must decide nonpartisan issues on truth, not partisan votes.
The only way we can find truth about AGW is to use the scientific method.
Unfortunately, few people ever learn it and Elwood and Thiessen flunk it.
The method says we must use our theory to make a prediction. Then we test our prediction against new data. If our prediction disagrees with new data, our theory is wrong.
Richard Feynman explained: “It doesn’t matter how beautiful your theory is. It doesn’t matter how smart you are. If it doesn’t agree with experiment, it’s wrong.” [Read more…]

Here’s the delegate counts as of March 4. The red line shows delegates needed to win.
There are 4 key polls that show who viewers thought won the debate.
In these polls, Trump scored between 55 to 72, Kasich 14 to 21, Cruz 7 to 21, Rubio 4 to 7. The New Jersey poll best represents the group:
In my opinion, Trump and Kasich are the only two candidates who have sufficient management experience to properly manage the US government. Cruz and Rubio can’t cut it. If you’re a moderate, drop Rubio and support Kasich.
The message is the personal attacks on Trump by Cruz and Rubio did them no good.
Various fact checks today reported Rubio, Cruz, and Megyn Kelly all lied about Trump. There is no hidden tape. BBB indeed gave Trump University an “A” rating.
Many Tweeted their disgust with Rubio because after telling a lie about Trump, Rubio would not shut up and let Trump respond.

If you want to look smart after the election, better endorse Donald Trump now. If you want to look really bad after the election, just keep bashing Donald Trump.
This 2016 Republican primary election is the most amazing election I have ever witnessed. Donald Trump has made it so. Without Trump, Jeb Bush might have the nomination. Then he would have lost to Hillary like Romney lost to Obama.
The real contest is not between Trump and the other candidates.
The real contest is between Trump and the whole rotten NRCC Republican establishment that wants to keep their cushy jobs. They have destroyed the Republican Party. They don’t know how to win elections. It’s time for a change.
If the NRCC Republican establishment were CEOs of a corporation, the Board would have replaced them long ago. But there is no board to replace them. There is only Donald Trump to replace them. They don’t like that. And that is the real reason they are fighting Donald Trump. They put their self interest above American interests.
The NRCC Republican establishment wants to save their “Republican Party” from Donald Trump. They don’t understand Donald Trump has redefined the Republican Party. Trump now owns the new Republican Party. Donald Trump has opened a much bigger tent for the Republican Party. Trump’s big tent will make Republicans win again. They should welcome that.
Donald Trump has revived the Republican Party. Conservative Democrats and blue-collar workers, who the establishment rejected long ago, have registered as Republicans for only one reason. Not to vote for any Republican to be sure. Only to vote for Donald Trump. This is why only Trump will beat Hillary. No other candidate can beat Hillary. No other Republican candidate can pull more votes than Mitt Romney did in 2012. [Read more…]

Republicans and Democrats will always have different opinions on partisan issues. We get that. We can live with that.
Jim Webb, 2016 Democratic presidential candidate correctly said,
The other party is not the enemy. They are the opposition. In our democracy we are lucky to have an opposition, to have honest debate.
Both sides must come together and decide nonpartisan issues on the basis of truth.
Today, I come down on Democrats. First, to show I am fair and balanced, note I have written extensively in support of the nonpartisan CSKT Water Compact. I found Montana was much better served with the Compact than without the Compact, and Republicans who voted against the Compact were intellectually dishonest.
Now that I have made 80 percent of the Republicans in Montana’s 2015 House my opponents, but hopefully not my enemies, I will make opponents of most Democrats. [Read more…]
